Student Teams

Students will work in teams for the duration of the 10-day program. On day one, each student negotiates for an executive management role: CEO, CFO, CTO, CMO, CSO, CIO or VOC. Team Role Details

Each team is made up of 6-7 students. Teams are chosen on the first day of the session, following a series of activities that give students the opportunity to learn the skills, capabilities, and personalities of their potential team members.

What to Expect

Be the first young aspiring entrepreneurs to use the first-of-its-kind artificially intelligent mobile app called BizSmart Coach that puts you in charge of your leadership skill and ability development.
