International Camp Director
Elian has embraced the entrepreneurial lifestyle all of his life. Most recently Elian created GreenWorkIt in 2012. An IT asset company in the Bay Area, GreenWorkIt handled electronic equipment for companies. Within three years, GreenWorkIt had over 50 clients including some of the leaders of industry in Silicon Valley. Elian’s hard work and dedication paid off as he accumulated a warehouse full of product and employees that helped make GreenWorkIt a rising star in the e-waste forefront. After successfully growing his business, Elian decided that a new challenge was needed.
That is when Camp BizSmart showed up offering Elian the ability to teach young entrepreneurs how to create and manage a successful business. In 2014, Elian led his first Stanford camp and it was obvious at first that Elian was a natural as he was able to talk about not only his success in business but more importantly his failures. This allowed Elian to not only give examples of good times but also of those times in business that can be daunting, showing students the importance of growth and never giving up. Elian is currently the Lead Camp Director and oversees all of our International Programs.
