On February 16-20, 2015 Camp BizSmart, the Silicon Valley, United States based, business and entrepreneur education company will bring their renowned hands-on, fast paced teen design thinking and product innovation workshop to Lima, Peru.
Featured by CNN, The Financial Times and others, this high energy, real world business case workshop is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs between the ages of 11 to 17 who desire to create unique, innovative solutions to real world problems. Participants will gain essential skills while collaborating in teams to create and compete for the best product solution and go to market business strategy. The top student from this workshop will receive a full tuition scholarship into the two week, Camp BizSmart academy at Stanford University.
Dr. Mike Gibbs, CEO and founder of Camp BizSmart has worked in Peru for more than 20 years with University California Berkeley and business education company, Seminarium. “ We chose to launch Camp BizSmart Latin America in Lima because of its vibrant business culture, can do spirit, entrepreneurial mind-set and commitment to superior educational opportunities for young people. The Camp BizSmart workshop will be offered at Roosevelt School, in Lima on Feb. 16-20, 2015 from 9:00am – 4:00pm. Elian Savodivker, will be the bi-lingual workshop director. Mr. Savodivker learned the family business as a teen. At age eighteen, he led a company from start-up to a successful multi-million dollar enterprise. He recently founded GreenWorkIt.com, an IT assest recovery company in Silicon Valley. He has been a Stanford Camp BizSmart Academic Director for Camp BizSmart mentoring the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs from around the world.
